We offer the “Team Up Plan” for certain legal matters. This allows for effective and efficient representation by allowing clients direct involvement in the selection of cost options. We provide an early evaluation of each legal matter. We work with our clients to establish litigation management plans with budgets. Our practice is flexible enough to meet the individual needs of each client.

We undertake each matter with professionalism and an eagerness to achieve the most desirable outcome for our clients. Our knowledge, experience, competences, resources and national contacts enable us to represent our clients effectively and professionally.

We are mindful that costs and fees must be commensurate with the client’s exposure and the value that the client derives from our representation. We maintain a strict cost control and cost reporting policy, which ensures accountability and openness with our clients. We do not have a standard phone or fax charge. We charge only for the actual cost of long distance telephone calls and fax transmissions.

We employ electronic mail (with the client’s consent) for the transmission of documents and information, where practicable, and we use express mail and couriers only when necessary. We never charge for local travel and we obtain the client’s approval before undertaking extraordinary legal research or assigning extraordinary projects to our paralegals. We provide our clients with a clear and detailed statement for services rendered, showing the costs and activities associated with the previous month’s undertakings.
